HOW TO START?
If you're new to yoga or feel the need to refresh your knowledge, we recommend enrolling in a beginner's course or contacting us for guidance on the suitable class.
HOW TO PREPARE?
Wear comfortable and flexible clothing, a long-sleeve shirt, and warm socks for final relaxation. Avoid strong scents due to potential allergies. There is a water station in the studio; please wash your glass after use.
CLASS REGISTRATION
Browse our schedule, read class descriptions, and book your spot at our booking system. If you haven’t pre-registered but want to join, you can still come to the studio. Note: Classes will be canceled if there are no sign-ups 6 hours before start time. To secure your spot, book in advance and pay either online or at the studio.
CANCELLATION
If you can’t attend, cancel your booking at least 6 hours before the class. For unexpected issues, inform us via email or phone. No show will result in charges, either from prepaid card or the price of the class.
ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO
Arrive on time to register, change clothes, and settle in. Respect others who wish to relax before class by keeping noise to a minimum and silencing your phone.
HEALTH
Inform the instructor if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant.
AERIAL YOGA
Notify the instructor if you are pregnant or have health limitations for safe variations. Wear clothes without zippers or sharp metal parts. Tie long hair with a simple hairband and remove pins
EATING BEFORE PRACTICE
Avoid large meals a couple of hours before class. If needed, eat something light like fruits, berries, or a small amount of nuts.
