ILMA Intro (90min) class will introduce you to the world of aerial yoga. You will learn aerial yoga fundamental exercises and techniques such as inversions, back bends and forward bends. Class begins by gentle warming up the body and ends with with cooling exercises and relaxation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You can come to the class already dressed in zipless sport clothing.
- Inform the instructor if you have any special conditions, such as pregnancy, migraines, injuries, or surgeries.
- Wear clothing without zippers or sharp metallic parts. Tie long hair back with a simple hairband without sharp metallic parts and remove any pins.
- If you need an extension on your yoga or gift card due to illness, contact us primarily via email at [email protected].
- Reservations are binding. If you can't attend, cancel at least 24 hours before a course and 6 hours before a class to free up space for others.
