Easy ILMA is a slow pace aerial yoga class for every level students. Beginner friendly.
ILMA FLOW & TONE
ILMA Flow & Tone aerial pilates classes that challenges especially your core, legs, and arms. We practice with aerial hammock that improves your balance and flexibility. Whether your are beginner or advanced we will guide you through a series of exercises that are adaptable to your own level.
ILMA + YOGA
ILMA + Yoga class combines easy aerial yoga exercises and energizing movement sequences on a yoga mat. The class is not acrobatic and is suitable for everyone, and no previous experience in aerial yoga is required. During the class, we focus on alignment of traditional, floor poses with a use of yoga props. Everyone progresses at their own pace according to their own level.

- arrive on time at the studio (Kanavaranta 7D 19, 00160 Helsinki)
- register at the reception
- you're welcome to tell us about your wishes, energy level and health features (injuries, pregnancy) so we can give you suitable variations
- classes begins by gentle warming up the body
- then we move to main exercises and learning new techniques
- classes end with cooling exercises and relaxation.

What do you need for classes?
- Wear comfortable clothes without any zippers or metal parts.
- Socks or non-slip socks.
- Yoga mats and other props, water - everything is available for you in the studio.
